In fact, to achieve the goal of "double carbon", the first thing is to control the use of petroleum energy, the second is to improve the efficiency of petroleum energy utilization, and the third is to use clean energy instead of traditional petroleum energy. In the "dual carbon" development plan, there is a huge space for the application of industrial automation technology and product solutions, such as in national key fields such as wind power/photovoltaic power generation, power transmission and transformation, data center, industry, agriculture, and so on. These industry enterprises now very much welcome domestic manufacturers to develop with them.

In the field of wind power core devices, Zhongcheng focuses on excellence. At present, wind power blades are generally very special shaped, which can maximize the power generation efficiency. Most blade factories grind the blades manually. There is a lot of glass dust on the blades. Workers need to wear N95 masks all day long, and they are all covered with glass fiber fragments. A customer once proposed to use industrial robots to polish to solve these problems. The requirements for track accuracy are very high. Although the market demand is strong, due to the level of science and technology, there is still no way to completely solve these problems. In addition, using big data, artificial intelligence, data mining and other emerging technologies to predict the failure of large components such as large gears will also be a very core research topic in the new energy industry.
