1. Applicable to all motors
S600 series drivers are applicable to asynchronous motors and synchronous motors. Different types of motors can be controlled in different ways. Asynchronous motor: no PG flux vector control, with PG flux vector control, V/F control; Synchronous motor: no PG flux vector control, with PG flux vector control
2. Rich encoder options
Optional encoder cards support multiple types of encoders: incremental, SinCos, Hiperface, EnDAT, SSI, etc. Users can select corresponding encoder cards according to the type of feedback signal equipment of different motor manufacturers
3. Excellent operation stability
S600 series drives have excellent operation stability and are suitable for various finishing industries. Under the PG free flux vector control mode, the speed stabilization accuracy can reach 0.2% of the rated synchronous speed; Under the PG flux vector control mode, the speed stabilization accuracy can reach 0.02% of the rated synchronous speed
4. High performance torque control, high starting torque
Without PG flux vector control mode, 150% of rated torque can be achieved when the output frequency is 0.25Hz; Under PG flux vector control mode, 180% rated torque can be reached when the output frequency is 0Hz
5. Fast response time
The torque response time is less than 20 ms without PG flux vector control mode; With PG flux vector control mode, the torque response time is less than 10ms
6. High control accuracy
The torque control accuracy is less than 7.5% without PG flux vector control mode; With PG flux vector control mode, the torque control accuracy is less than 5%
7. Safe torque off
Safe torque off (STO) function, with high safety. When this function is activated, the PWM wave output of the driver is blocked immediately. It is equivalent to that an output contactor is integrated in the driver, and the safety factor of the whole system becomes higher
8. Standby power supply
When the three-phase AC main power supply is disconnected, the external 24V standby power supply enables the control board to still work normally, keep the external communication uninterrupted, and keep the motor encoder and other signals continuously collected
9. Built in brake unit
Built in brake unit is standard for 22kW and below, and optional for 22kW and above
10. Book type installation mode
