1. Large scale integration
Integrated 24V/3A switching power supply, integrated high-voltage band brake (PWM output, fundamental voltage 150V - 350V), integrated 24V motor band brake module, integrated backup power decoupling diode, built-in EMC filter, integrated brake resistance, integrated PT100 temperature detection
2. Flexible encoder feedback
The driver supports various types of motor encoders. Motor feedback: rotary transformer RESOLVER, SIN/COS, ABZUVW, absolute encoder: SSI, BISS, ENDAT, HIPERFACE
3. Designed for severe conditions in the hub
The internal temperature of shaft cabinet is between - 40 ℃ and+70 ℃, and the altitude is more than 3000M. The derating is 1% for every 100M increase
4. Ultra wide bus voltage working range
150V-800V DC, it can still work normally when the grid voltage fluctuates
5. Open loop operation mode
It is capable of real-time diagnosis of motor encoder fault. In case of motor encoder fault (such as encoder disconnection), it can switch to encoder free operation without impact
6. Maintenance diagnosis and remote maintenance through Ethernet interface
With visual browsing interface, it is convenient for on-site maintenance and can be monitored remotely through the router
7. Safe torque off
When the input terminal ENPO is disconnected, the hardware blocks the inverter PWM wave and the driver cuts off the output torque
8. Standby power feathering
When the main power grid is powered down, the driver uses the backup power supply for feathering. When the bus voltage is low to about 270V, the driver enters the field weakening control phase, and continues to control the motor to maintain a high feathering speed until the bus voltage is lower than 150V and the output is closed
