1. Perfect control scheme
The excellent motor field weakening control algorithm can ensure that the low voltage will not lose speed. The semi controlled rectification scheme is adopted to avoid grid impact, realize real power on soft start, detect the health of the backup power supply, meet the charging and discharging requirements of the super capacitor, and have the parameter backup function.
2. High integration design
Integrated braking unit, automatic detection of braking resistor overload condition, integrated 24V/3A switching power supply, integrated PT100 temperature detection, integrated charger, and built-in EMC filter.

4. Multiple safety emergency feathering strategies
In case of motor encoder failure, the driver can directly and seamlessly switch to emergency feathering mode without encoder under different motor speed conditions. With abnormal dual core communication, it can quickly switch to safe emergency feathering state. With three-phase power grid overvoltage, it can quickly switch to safe emergency feathering state.
5. Status display function, easy to understand the drive operation status
There are 3 built-in LED lights, which respectively represent the bus status, PLC operation status and driver bottom layer operation status. There are 3 bit 7-segment nixie tube status and fault display.
6. Support failure snapshot storage function
