Energy Storage Product

Supercapacitor, also double-layer electric capacitor, is developed during the 1970s and 1980s as a novel device to store energy. It has similar structure as that of conventional electrolytic capacitors, but uses a double layer mechanism consisting of porous activated carbon electrodes (with minimum clearance) and electrolytes to provide remarkable capacitance. Supercapacitors are now undergoing vigorous development and widely used to supply backup power and peak power.
